Well, the other day after coming in from my daily ride. I wanted to do something different. So i did a burnout for the first time ever. And i looked at my tires i got kind of worried. So are thier any bad side effects of burning out besides messing up tires????

Man you are in bad shape for doing that. I am not going to even tell you what you;ve done to your bike because you will just be that much more paranoid...Just pretend it never happened and keep riding your bike, when it fails on you you;ll know why. Anyhow have a god one

It will also cause your tires to implode over bumps from the peptizated rubber lining from the centrifugal force of the tire and the heat expanding rapidly inside the compressed tire at a hazardous air/weight ratio. Causing the tire valve to wear prematurely. Might want to take it slow for a while.

it can also cause the sphintocilator to become all sweaty and saggy, which in return causes burnouts at random, you can never be sure when it'll happen,my buddy got lucky,he got his at work in the parking lot,so not too much damage. but he learned his $822.15 lesson. had his bike towed straight to the dealer for a new tire and sphinctocliator. be careful out there now...

Time to buy a new tyre rather then take chances when riding. Like a blow out at slow speeds is a bit shocking, but at high speeds can be dramatic & possibly put you & your bike on your ear. Plus most of the above posts. By the way have you noted the clutch is now sort of acting a bit strange?

If your tires are too low of a PSI then you might have to get new tires because it twists it on the rim. Expect tire failure within a few 10's of miles.

I've heard from reputable sources that excessive burnouts can cause premature wear on tire bearings and cause your rotational flange to become misaligned. This is aside from the obvious radial expansion that can lead to catastrophic degredation at highway speeds.

I'd get your mechanic to look at it, sounds like you may have done a number on the rear anti-diamagnetic gyroscope. While you're there, look into proprietary magnesium plated axle spacers. They can prevent this kind of problem.

One side effect is re-affirming to everyone that you are a squidly little kid who is not prepared for the responsibility of bike ownership. And now your mom is gonna have to shell out some money for some new tires for you.

I've had my bike for a year now and havent done a burnout yet. I dont see the attraction. I will do it right before I need new tires though, which should be pretty soon actually.

They work great in conjunction with the platinum-alloy gravimetric counterbalancer. Pair them up and you can do burnouts all day without fear of screwing something up.
:eek:nfloor
You could put a hole in the space time continuim causing the universe to implode. Jeeeez the only time i ever did a burn out was when i was changing tire and clutch on last bike and that in front of my friends shop where were gonna change emm both. I don't see how a tire you do burnouts on all day can be safe. A burnout is hmmm waz the word? How they say POINTLESS. Takes no skill unlike a good wheelie,no courage unlike draggin knees in a turn at 70 mph, just stupidity kinda like goin 100 in a 25. Keep it up your gonna join the ranks of 4,000 of us who will enjoy our last ride this year and go splat.
