:) Hi, has anyone out there had any experience with the new michelin pilot power 2cts on road and track on a yamaha r1? ive had a few highsides on dunlop 207rr on other bikes, probably my riding i know but they have still knocked my confidence on dunlops.
Ive been running pirelli diablo corsas on my r1 at the mo but would like to try something different like the new michelins, im off to the nurburgring soon so would like to know what you guys and girls who have tryed these new tyres think...any info on the grippest tyre for the road and track would be much appreciated... :)
cheers for any info

I just got back from Deal's Gap on my Bridgestone BT015's and I cannot say enough great things about them. They don't fall into turns like the Pilot Power's do, but they grip better. I am so impressed...check them out!

Round and black with the ability to hold air... You can't go wrong with a set of BT-012 'stones.

Well I have Pilot Powers and they are great compared to the Dunlop tires.
I'm pretty sure they spell it TYRES where the original poster is from.... across the pond.

I know most people talk s%$# about dunlops, especially the ones that generally come stock, but i put a set of qualifiers on my gixxer a few months ago and the difference b/n these and the previous set of dunlops is like night and day. I've never tried the pilots, but most people on this sight seem to love them, but i'd go with the qualifiers. Just my .02

This has to be about the 1000th thread on this subject. Buy the Pilots you'll love them just like everyone else.
