Hey blokes. Do you generally bother to clean your air filter after riding in the wet?

I rode home (for about an hour) in the rain the other day, and my manual says to clean it straightaway. Anyways, i pulled it out but it was clean and dry. Seems like a lot of crap to do (take off fuel tank, then soak the filter etc etc) every time the bike gets ridden through rain.

Thanks blokes.

Check it a few times after riding in the wet. If you see that it never gets wet, don't worry about it.

Never do, but I don't think mine is supposed to.

I never do, but I agree with magnum636. Check it a few times and as long as you stay dry, forget about it in the future.
