Thanks Mods for letting a cross board post.

Hi all

During the Christmas season last year, several of us thought it would be a killer idea to try and give back to the community, and help those that are in need. In the past, we have participated in toy drives, food drives, as well as assisting children's hospitals. Last year, we thought that we would change things up a little, and try something different. It was such a huge success, that we throught we would try another run at it, with warmer temps.

As we chatted amongst ourselves, we noticed that a great many of "man's best friends" were in need, and being that most of us have pets of our own, we thought that we would try and help a charity that is in DIRE need of assistance.

To that end, we are teaming up with the Gaston County Animal Shelter, and will be collecting donated pet items to hand over to the Shelter. Plans are still in the being worked out, but for the time being a flyer has been made, and more details will be forthcoming. For the time being, feel free to check out the flyer, and share it amongst any puppy loving folks

Since there are so many riders and forums out there, just a head's up that all last minute details, including the planned routage will be posted up on - THIS THREAD
