2009 + CBR600RR Power
I am looking to get a 2007 + CBR600RR including the 2009 + models, which I have heard have power loss compared to the 2007 - 08 models. What does it take to reverse or get back that power loss created by emissions?

An 07-08 ecu. That's it. Plug and play
This will get back "most" of it.

The z bomb is a bandaid. Just change the ecu. Should be able to find one cheap
I agree just replace the ecu and output would be higher, its that simple.

dealership wanted $850 for a new one but one of the mechanics there gave me the info to get one for less than $300 ... let me see if i can scan my emails for the info.
found it ... i bought my ecu from cycletronics in alabama, their domain expired but i am pretty sure if you google cycletronics you shouldn't have a problem finding it.
Change to 07/08 ECU and/or have the ECU flashed.
An 07-08 ecu. That's it. Plug and play
