Hi everyone. I am about to buy my buddy's 08' 600. It has been dumped on the right side and as a result it bent the frame slider bolt upwards. This actually pulled the bolt spacer out a bit and now there is a gap between the frame and the engine. This is the side of the frame with the pinch bolt. I am going to have to weld another bolt to the broken bolt and take a breaker bar to remove the bolt from the motor. I will obviously also have to replace the spacer. My concern is how in the hell do I remove the spacer? The large end is towards the engine and if I want to pull out the spacer, there is an engine in the way. Please oh please don't tell me Suzuki designed it to where I have to drop the engine to remove a simple motor mount spacer. If so, they deserve a slap in the face. My CBR954RR did not have a collared spacer and was very easy to remove. You pull out the motor mount bolt and the spacer drops out. I have posted pictures and hope that someone can provide some advice.
