R1 upside-down fork front end (2001) with R6 Radial caliper/rotor/master cyl. conversion, valved by Bazzaz performance.
Galfer stainless brake lines front/rear w/independent front lines

Yoshimura full TRC exhaust with aluminum canister
BMC Race air filter
520 RK chain conversion with AFAM aluminum rear sprocket, -1 tooth in front.
Fresh NGK plugs and Yamaha ignition coils.

Recently resync'd throttle bodies (runs super smooth!)

Bike is currently seeing double duty as freeway commuter + occasional trackdays. No canyons.
