Who tucks at less than 140?
The R1 is a nice bike, my friend let me ride his and I believe it is an 01 and to tell you that bike feels like it is balanced so damn well. I didn't really hit up any twisties or anything but it seems like it will handle great. If you pick it up for less than 5 grand you won't be disappointed.
