One of the turn signals was a bit loose and I thought that was the culprit but upon fixing it the rattling remains. As you can hear it's a "plastic" rattling and I can't figure out what it is. The mirrors the glass, everything seems to be firmly fixed. A while it sounded like it came from the front wheel or somewhere below the tach assembly but the fender is also ok. Suggestions?

Keep removing parts until the rattle ceases. Then you'll have found the party to blame and can fix it.

Is it constant or only at certain RPMs? Is it a rattle or more of a buzz? On my FZ1 I had buzzy fairings, figured out which one it was by applying pressure to each section one at a time with my hand until the noise stopped. Then I removed the panel and lined the edges with electrical tape as a damper. The foam dampers Yamaha put on there from the factory wore out.
