Yes I still have it. I had a fz6 before this one. The fz1 is a little hotter to ride in traffic than the 6 was, Wife said the seat feel's better and it dont get hot from the exhaust heat. But she don't like the rear foot peg's she said her legs are bent more than the with the 6.
What kind of noticable performance and power differences could you tell from the fz6 to the fz1? I'm trying to justify the step up but quarter mile times aren't significantly different. I know that often doesn't tell the whole story. Since you have experience on both models I'd be interested in your opinion if you have time to share it.

The 1 is way faster than the 6. The 1 is not geared as low as the 6 so from a dead stop the 6 may be better for the first 40 feet but after that the 1 will drive off and be gone. The 6 I had got around 50 mpg the 1 gets around 45 mpg thats riding to work and keep in mind I am only 135lbs. And the 6 has a little room under the seat the 1 has no room for anything. The headlights on the 1 are way better. Hope this helps.....
