So I decided to go on a ride today, I just swapped my starter relay out for a new one. The bike was starting perfectly and running fine for about 30 or so minutes. While I was trying to accelerate from a stop my bike decided it was time to give up, my gauges all shut off and my bike stopped running. It almost showed signs of the battery completely coming disconnected. I walked It up the road and tried to start it again, the gauges turn on and everything sounded normal, however when I push start I hear the starter relay click once and stop. I ran to the store and purchased a new battery hoping it was just low voltage however it still had the same issue. I've never had this issue before, does anyone have some ideas on what I can check?

Check? Yes, the voltage of the battery. Get it started and check again while running.
Your service manual should have the values it should be at.
Battery w/ bike off? At least 12.5V
Started, revved to 4 or 5K rpms? like around 14.5?
