Dont know but I would wait to get them if they do..

The front wheel is under recall... Dealers wont even sell the bikes until the front wheel is replaced.

He said wheel, not tire. The front tires are under recall. Not the wheels/ rims or wahtever. So he should be good there.

Now why would the dealer refuse to sell a motorcycle for its front tire...thats an easy swap. the wheel however has to come from the manufacturer
