I have an 03 RC51 with Yoshi slip-ons, a powercomander, and K&N's. I have a miss/ stutter from 4700-5200rpm. Its most noticeable around 70mph. It feels as though the bike is running out of gas. The bike now has 7000 miles on it. I thought it seemed to early to need a fuel filter ($60 @ dealer) or plugs. I was looking for some advise before I throw money at it. It has been doing this since before the K&N's so it's probably not too rich, maybe a lean condition? Anybody have a fuel map for the Powercomander with this combo?

Could be a bad plug. You are close to the change interval anyway, I would start there. NGK Iridium plugs are a super choice.

I called to find plugs, and nobody stocks them. I called the dealer, and they didn't even have them in yet, they told me that normal servicing on the '03 isn't until 32,000 miles. I plan on inspecting them anyway.
