These are off my 01 GSXR750, I had GMD do a full rebuild on them a year ago with race springs valves and spacers. They are in great shape and a cheap way to get your bike handeling like a race bike. I paid $550.00 for the set up your getting the forks and the setup for less than half of what i paid.
