2) Utah - This state has some of the most amazing scenery, as well as some great roads. It absolutely knocked my socks off. At some points you feel like you've been transported to another planet.

3) California - Yeah, what can I say... I'm biased besides, I think it would take a lifetime to enjoy all the great roads in this state.
I'm from Canada, however I've been through more than my fair share of states, and that pretty much sums up my picks. Southern Utah knocked my socks off, and Cali is Cali. Legal lane splitting is nice, and canyons! The number 1 didnt impress me as much as i thought it would, however the canyons..oh the canyons.

South Dakota is also much nicer than I would have ever expected, the roads are twisty, lots of tourist type stuff to do but its outside cities.

1. Washington state, northern Cascades and Olympic Peninsula.

2. Kentucky, Blue Ridge mountains.

3. Northern Arkansas, Ozark mountains.

California of course, but it's already been said many times.

Certainly not Florida! Although we do have some nice ocean views. I really enjoyed growing up in Northern VA and riding in WV. I have also had some great rides through Northern GA and NC.

Too bad I haven't gotten to the west coast...
