You could put some washers under the bolt heads. I very much doubt they're meant to jiggle lol. Its meant to keep the steering taut and in check at high speeds, how can it do that if its moving.

My 04 with the Yoshi on it runs just fine. It gets some nice bubbley popping action out the back when your hard off the throttle but it sounds cool...

hey, does the noise go away after the bike is warmed up? Does it go away when you rev the bike to say 4 grand (hold it there steady)?

Could be valves.

My 95 has a similar sound (not soooo loud)...
