rout 125.

you can take the backroads (443 starting from harrisburg, front street) to get there or just take I81 north from harrisburg and get off 443. Anyways, once u hit 125, its a good long stretch of clean roads, moutains , twisties and no cops ever. If u are familiar with a little town call shamokin than u know what road i am talking about because that is where it ends.

yes another one is rt 225 off of 322 and u can either take that out the whole way or get on 325 (clarks valley rd) and ride that which is an xtremely fast road. Or u can take 225 to Camp hebron rd for a quick fun ride. So many back roads arounf the halifax area to name. Just go out there and explore.

In the Hanover/Spring Grove/New Oxford area. Lots of roads off of route 30. Lake Road, Labott Road (turns into Roth Church Road). Both of these are south of 30 between Thomasville and Abbotstown. Very smooth, clear, and little traffic. A couple S turns, nice sweepers (especially Lake Road), and decent visibility around corners. Only problem is a lot of the corners are high speed (in comparison to the 45 mph limit) but they are the best roads for anyone in the area.

Also, Dicks Dam road. Take route 94 North where it intersects with 30 at Cross Keys. It's about 5 miles north and on the lift hand side. There is a perfect S turn right there and then a side road called Group Mill Road with no traffic and lots of 90 degree turns (just be careful of stones).

Here is a link to the Lake Road/Dicks Dam loop I do a lot.

GroupRider

They are pretty short roads but great for me since they are only about 10 minutes from my house. The only other good one real close to Hanover/Glen Rock is to take 216 east and at a 4 way stop sign turn right onto Steltz Road which goes into Maryland.

I live where 81 (exit 104 Ravine) meets molleystown rd, at the top of the mountain it turns into 125 it's clean, and lots of fun 15mph turns.

282 from downingtown to 82 watch for crap in the road and cops in drive ways.
345 through French creek state park
The road that saint Petes is on.. It's real nice forget the name of cousre. Near rt 100.
897 starting at 30 goes a long way north good corners smooth as glass so they can be slipy. Watch for horse crap.
841 off 82 south there a nasty switchback corner that comes up quick. Great pub on that road.

I know a ton more don't know there names, just where they are. lol
