Lots of great helmet information here.

Take some time to read the whole article.

Vade, Google COST 327 study.

Saving a life is the right thing to do, and shouldn't be a monitary issue. Gleny, lets say you are on your bike, and exceed the speed limit, which we all do from time to time. You have a BAD accident! So you are saying since you were breaking the law, taxpayer money shouldn't be used to perform lifesaving medical treatment? If TJ is doing wheelies, and wrecks......to bad TJ, you were breaking the law, sit there and bleed to death! Just want to get it straight! I will always wear a helmet, and think anyone that dosn't is stupid! These are just senerios, and something to think about from the other side of the coin! I am ready for warm weather, and a bunch of rides! YaHoooooo!

Saving a life almost ALWAYS comes down to money (or insurance).

I'm ready for summer! Let's skip spring and go straight to 90 degrees!

The ObamaBorg just took care of giving us all health care. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

i think its an individuals choice to wear or not wear a helmet...just as it should be a choice to wear or not wear a seat belt. lets face it if someone doesnt wanna wear a seat belt they wont . same should go for a helmet, if u wanna wear one u will. i hate it when ppl think its right so it what u are forced to do ....please lets take away the right/ability to think and just let corporate america tell us "drones" what to do.

well sorry your rong. all your rites are now property of the new u.s.a.r it worked so well for the u.s.s.r you dear ass hole commander thought he would take a crack at it over here. well dont be shocked if some old country boy takes a crack at him and all his buddies up in the big house on the hill. people have had enough of the shit they are doing in both houses. i just hope history dosen't repeat itself and we are forced to take up arms against are own goverment. don't think it can't happen ,because im not to shure it's that far down the road if some things don't come to a stop fast.

I am all for the repeal of the helmet laws IF the same repeal applies to seat belts. Can't do one without the other in my book.
