The shape is similar to the stock 04-05 gsxr 600/750 cowl, like was on my yellow one. Its pretty much final sanded, I am going to prime it in a few....then paint it when the paint comes tuesday...

Definately looks like a GSXR seat cowl. Is that 100% home made?

Yup......all I used off of the 954 was the Pass plastic seat pan. I took a 1/4"x3"x5" peice of wood, and cut the arch out for the hump. Then I epoxied it to the plastic seat pan, then streached fleece over the whole thing, soaked it in resin, laid strips of fibreglass matte over the top, and gave it another good coat of resin.......lots of body fill, and sanding, then filler primer.....and guess what.....more frickin sandin!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats it in a nutshell.....lol

just got back from festus and the more i ride the fjr the more i like it. it handles really nice and i'm getting 41 miles at 80 miles a hour so i can't complain about that. i can't wait to hit 3k on it so every thing starts looseing up and the fuel and power will start to really shine.
