pinched line

i was working on my bike with the tank propped up and as soon as i reinstalled it i noticed that my main fuel line would pinch in a couple places once i sat the tank back down. i tried messing with the thing for over an hour and it didnt get corrected. what can i do to fix this? i wonder if the line is too short and if i should get another fuel line. where should i go to get one? below is a picture of someone elses cbr 600 and the line that i have circled is the one thats getting pinched. thanks

Is it pinched when the tank is down in place? It looks like that line will straighten out when the tank is put down.

If not, then something has changed most likely the routing of the line.
