"Personally, I think a van is the best solution, because it keeps the bike out of the rain, is easier to drive than a car & trailer, holds a lot of tools and spares, and you can sleep in it. I initially bought a hitch-and-trailer, 'cause it was cheaper, and then I upgraded to a van." Is it easier to load in a van then a truck (specifically my truck) I was going to get a trailer when I got back but am hesitant 'cause I am not good at backing them darn things up (feel free to make your "women driver " comments now). I just need a way that I can load my bike (s) without help or the fear of dropping it.
