Pros: Good protection, allows a lot of movement, easy on/off, good traction
Cons: Bulky, toe is tall, hard to fit under shifter, shin area is bulky and a tight fit for some pants

I bought these boots right before going out of town which was a 200+ mile ride for me. I didn't get any break in time as I bought them, took them home and suited up and left for the weekend. They were suprisingly comfortablef or not having any saddle time in them and it didn't take long to become accustomed to the "feel" of the pegs though the soles.

The farther north I got, the colder it became and the boots retained their warmth relatively well. I had a 25-30 mph headwind with gusts up to 60 mph on my trip and thet will cut through just about anything. By the time I had parked my bike, the temp was 39F-40F and I don't know what the wind chill was but I never suffered from frozen toes.

The boots are fairly comfortable while just walking about although I did unbuckle the top straps while in pedestrian mode. The shin area is a little bulky for those who like straight or tapered leg pants but with a little persuasion, my pants worked over them ok.

The only real gripe I have is that the toe area is a little bulky and it is sometimes hard slide it under the shifter especially when hitting the gears pretty fast. I have since adjusted my shifter a little to compensate.

Pros:
Cons:

I purchased these and agree they are pretty hard to get under the shifter. They are sort of industrial looking.....yellow heel shield and all. Made in China. I sold mine and bought Icon Motorhead boots......made in Rumania out of real, heavy leather. I like the Motorhead boots a good bit better
