Our XES Custom Racing Leathers are built to the same professional degree as our standard size racing suits. However, these are totally customizable from the sizing, the colors, design, and lettering. And, for the racer who also carries our logos on the suit a special Sponsored Rider price of $999.99 will get you a complete suit with custom design with lettering. And, if you supply us sponsor patches we'll put those on too.
(If your not in possession of a racing license please contact us for a custom quote.)
This is also a very good option for the standard sized racer who may otherwise spend more than $200 just adding lettering and patches to a standard suit.
Some key features of construction are:
-1.3-1.4 premium cowhide
-Double and Triple safety stitching
-CE armor throughout
-Removable hard armor Spine Protector
-Aero hump standard
-Fully perforated with additional shoulder and -Leg vents (or choose no perforation)
-Removable liner
-Hip padding
-Double leather seat
-Choice of Single or Double zip front
-YKK zippers used
-Kevlar and leather stretch panels at every joint form head to toe for a superior custom fit.

I rode this suit for half a lap in the rain before highsiding in a slow, first gear corner and the result was a failed seem in a pretty bad place for a seam to fail.
Before even getting to use the product I noticed a few seams that were already starting to come unstiched, one along the front zipper and the other on the upper velcro piece around the neck.
As I type this I am waiting on a call back from a leather repair shop that is fixing it. Half a lap and a failed seam is terrible if you ask me.
While the fit is great and I love the brightness of the colors, if it doesnt last then it doesnt matter how it looks or fits.
To make matters worse, I have had all my emails returned rather promptly .. until my last email about the failed seam. Customer service shouldn't stop at the first sign of a problem.
