Description: I am the owner of this fine Italian stallion. I have not had the chance to put a great deal of milage on the bike yet but I wanted to share some initial impressions of the beast.
The bike is very light and agile it responds well to imput on the magura bars, they are wide enough to provide great leverage. The stock suspension set up works well and even proved worthy for track use during a ducati track test day. I have fitted my bike with the optional termi pipe kit which includes the high performance ECU and high flow air filter. The bike now has the classic desmo sound and some nice improvement in throttle response. It should be noted that the kit makes the bike slow to warm up and requires several minutes. Now I enjoy the sound so it is not a major inconvienence. The seating position is moderately forward, more of a sporting posture, than cruising.
I find the position suits my 5-11 frame well, again it should be noted I do not have long legs and those with more inseam than I may find it a bit tight. All and all the bike is a very capable street machine and with some suspension upgrades will make a good track day straffer also. I will right more later.
