Pros:	Versatility, quality and fit.
Cons:	Cost, what else.

Here in Texas as it gets very hot, I find it to be a great fit and comfortable. Breaths in the hot air, and gives some sun protection. The small stuff sack for the zip off liner and outer layer is great. Not used in the rain yet, but looks like it will wear and protect well. Cooler weather wear will be fair, expect to wear thermal underwear below 65-60 degrees. Most will need to wear the liner or thermals below 50 degrees for rides over 30 min. I plan to ride down to 40 degrees max.
