Pros: Lightweight, easy shield swaps, nice graphics
Cons: Wind noise a little loud

I've worn this helmet for 5000 miles with zero complaints. It's very lightweight, fits my head (medium) perfectly, and the anti-fog clear shield actually works. Shields are changed as fast as you can read this sentence. Venting is very good, and also comes with a breath deflector. Wind noise is a little loud, but can be fixed with some earplugs.
I get lots of compliments on the design.
Price is in the medium category (I paid $360 with an extra smoked shield) but you get a high end helmet for the price.
I will definately be buying another Shark when the time comes.

Pros:
Cons:

I've had this helmet for around 10,000 miles. Very comfortable and well ventilated. Anyone that sees you change the visor from Iridium (killer look) to regular visor come nighttime will want a Sahrk too. Really easy and convenient to change it. Only complaint is that, for me, there is a lot of space between my chin and the chin area of the helmet creating too much ventury (and dry eyes - I wear contacts) for me. On long rides, i will stuff a small rag to fill the gap. Doesn't show.

Have experienced a fall and hit to the helmet and it did very well. I am now looking to change but may look elsewhere only because of ventury effect. Otherwise, very nice helmet..

If it doesn't move but it's supposed to, use WD-40.
If it moves and ain't supposed to, use duct tape!!!
