Description: It's been only a year since the CBR600RR burst onto the 600cc sportbike scene, capturing the 2004 AMA Formula Xtreme crown along the way. So what's in store for 2005? Try even greater horsepower, an all-new inverted front fork, lighter weight, CBR1000RR-style swingarm and front brakes, and scorching new bodywork. We can already hear the competition shaking.

Pros: Turns quickly, strong motor, brakes are awe inspiring
Cons: seat made for invertebrates, seat height not friendly to the short of inseam, sweaty hiney

When I first bought the bike, I was actually prepared for it to be another bland Honda product, like the 929 I used to own.

I was surprised. This one makes some very cool noises, suspension flow is smooth and it\'s got just enough attitude to make you forget it\'s a Honda. It turns quickly and grips well. As delivered it tended to push the front a little, but some tweaking took care of that. The brakes are otherwordly. Much better than the brakes I was used to.

The only issues I have are comfort related. The seat is not ass-friendly, as isn\'t the constant stream of heat from the exhaust. The bars are at a bit of a weird angle and there are no real helmet locks on the bike. Also, don\'t plan on carrying much under the seat, my gloves barely fit in there.

That\'s not what this bike is about though. If you want an aggressive, good handling machine and don\'t really care much about comfort, this is the bike.
