I like this helmet and use it for racing and on the street. I have one for each. The removable liner is a plus in combating stinky helmet syndrome and the venting works well even on 100+ degree Iowa (MAM) days while racing.
While changing sheilds involves removing side covers it is still accomplished with relative ease.

I work right across the street from KBC America. They gave me a great deal on a left over Racer 1, the red and black retro one. I have been happy with the helmet. It is a little noisier then the HJC that I had before but it light and has good ventiner. KBC appears to have upped their quality even more in \'05.
