I had a little get off while riding some twisties in northern Delaware. I ended up flying over the handle bars after running too hot into a corner and hitting an earthen bank. My right ankle suffered some bruising, but I would hate to think what might have happened had I not been wearing such a substantial pair of road race quality boots. The ankle support of the Supertechs is outstanding.

Boots suffered some mud and dirt, but no deformation.
They provided excellent ankle support and saved me
from a break, IMO.

. . . I know, the kick stand;>)

This is what they look like while worn
