Like they say, it's a jacket built for the street. Here's my breakdown:

Upside: Has good armor in the shoulders and elbows/forearms (CE). Leather seems plenty thick. It's comfortable. It looks good (ie-not like you're trying to be a superhero). Has a zip in/out liner for warmer/cooler days.

Downside: Back armor is basically pointless. The zippers are kinda cheap. No real venting so on the hot days, well, it'll get hot. Single stitched.

Neutrals: No 360 zipper should you want to go tracking with it.

In the end, I'm happy with it. It works for me in most weather except the really hot/cold days, and I don't usually ride when it's below 45 F. It's comfortable and I don't look like a power ranger when I wear it. I believe that it will protect me fine in a get off as long as I'm not going track speeds. So if you want a pretty good street jacket, then this isn't too bad, but if you want to go tracking, you'll need something else (mainly because of the no 360 zipper).
