Just in case anyone may have missed the short video clip of me riding some of my favorite south eastern Indiana twisties. Here you go The road in the clip is the road I live on. Lots of curves and elevation changes. And not a whole lot of cars either. You can also hear my Yoshimura exhaust.

jay can you host the akra sound clip, if i find it?

also, for future ref, I did find this: http://www.sportrider.com/tech/146_0410_pipe_clips/

I am not sure what bike these were tested on, but it's a huge selection of sound clips for many, many diff slip ons. It can give you an idea of the different sound quality each has.

Chuck(qiknes) has a Akra pipe on his 06 ZZR600. Maybe he could make a sound clip.

That's my soundclip of my Akra Ti Bolt-on. I'll listen to it and match the revs tomrrow so there's a reference on what I revved it to (I'm guessin 9-10k). BTW that was taken by my MP3 recording mic sittin on the seat. if you wanted a reference.

edit - I got another one that's like 5k rev i remember but i also moved the mic around so u hear the pop. just let me know if your interested. Peace

-Joe

There you are sir. However, the pop I was talking about is from the can at idle at a certain angle. If you want the back pressure pop (or whatever it is that causes that) let me know I can make a vid of it... have one already. BTW it's still fkin raining here so she's under the covers (can't match the rev's from the first clip yet).

Here's a better "pop"

No...Three bolts on the can and one for the bracket on the passenger foot peg. Unbolt the stock hardware and re-install the new can with the hardware provided by Yoshimura. Don't forget to use lock-tite on the bolts. 15 minute job
