Default Raising front end

In my attempt to lower the front end a few mm's I ended up dropping one side 20mm! How can I raise it back up? I've tried pulling it up with now luck. Please help.

I hope someone replies with a quick and relatively easy solution for you. Whenever he wanted to take the front wheel of his bike off a friend of mine would remove the gas tank then route a ratchet strap through the frame and hook the strap to yet another he had looped over a beam in his garage and then start cranking on the ratchet until the weight was off the front. If you've resolved the problem already let me know how you did it.

Didn't have to take the tank off, just the upper fairing. I ran a strap under the lower fork clamp and pulled up while a buddy twisted the fork. Wasn't really difficult, I just needed an extra set of hands. I was just freaking out because we were supposed to leave for Cornerspeed that day and I wanted to ride the bike after the adjustments before I took it to the track. Got it raised up, and then lowered 5mm from stock and the bike handled and turned in great.
