Tail pipe rerouting
Tail pipe rerouting under the rear seat...Has anyone done this to the 2007 ZZR600? If so how? Got pictures?
Heck has anyone done this to any bike? =)

would the undertail exhaust look good though? Since the bike does not have the extreme angled rear as newer SS bikes do, it would look a little cramped under the rear fender I would think. Unless you can fabricate an exhaust yourself that looks half decent.

that does look pretty awesome, looks really clean where he put the exhaust through the fender and just replaced the tail light with a light bar.

even just an idea on how to do that would be cool...i mean it's a sweet idea and that one looks pretty good, but at the same time i BET you can make one look better than that with a little thought and the right CAN.

heat shielding isnt a huge problem...insulating material and some sheet metal can cure that problem. and if your planning on doing a big cosmetic job like an undertail exhaust...i doubt you will be worried about keeping your trunk space IMO
