Hi sir, Mototeck was sold to another manufacture, your order will be process
by (www.rackinmotion.com) the second week of March 2008, please contact them
at support@rackinmotion.com the first week of March 2008, please note that
the web site of www.rackinmotion.com will be online the 01-March 2008.

The price will be the same.

No phone number... Just left waiting until Mar. 1. And this was in response to an email I sent telling them I was interested in ordering an undertail. I didn't get a response to my emails about my current processing order...

I'd be happy with that. But I didn't give them my full SSN. That's personal info that I don't care to share with them, so I gave them the last 4 digits of it. Hopefully that is enough to get through customs.

Sounds like the experience I had with them. Chaos, confusion, disorder. I finally told them to forget it. Then they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee for something they never got around to shipping. You can well imagine what I explained they could do with their restocking fee.

Telephone. When I first called I was assured that what I wanted was in stock and would ship within 48 hours. After two weeks I called again and was told that my order was "being manufactured" and would be ready "in a few more weeks". I told them to forget it. They then informed of some previously unmentioned "re-stocking charge". I told them to forget that too. Then the guy goes off on some harangue about Canadian law. Apparently he lacked the intellectual capacity to grasp the simple reality that Canadian law means jack shit squat in the country he was shipping to (US) and that he would play hell trying to extract AMERICAN money out of the deal.

Just another example of some clowns who believe that because their product is good that they can therefore run a business.

My order is still being processed... I hope it makes it through customs with only the last 4 digits of my SSN. For the price you can't beat it. I'll be pissed if it doesn't go through.
