mine processed for about 3 weeks, until it gets through customs, thats what your order will read.

then youll be emailed a tracking number from UPS i believe.

Ooooooh. I thought that meant that it was being processed in their facility (paperwork and junk). So it will say "processing" until it gets through customs...? Good to know.

I just emailed the new website contact from the first post and it came back that there is no such email address...

Hi I have bought alot of Mototeck's undertails and flushmounts. Mototeck is now out of business.Too bad because they are quality undertails.If you are looking for anything Motorteck, go to Crotch Rocket Enterprises to see what I have.

Any idea if "Rack in Motion" will be taking over their designs and if their web site will actually come online? I guess we'll wait it out until next week to see what shakes out; if the "second week of March" is accurate from the e-mail they sent to mcwtrainer.

I purchased an undertail from Mototeck back in November and had no issues getting it. When the price was drastically reduced from $249 to $99, I thought maybe Mototeck was discontinuing that model or changing the design. With that in mind I ordered some LED boards for spares a few weeks ago and my order is stuck in limbo the same as some others have mentioned. I guess if things don't work out, I'll dispute the charge and order some spares through Crotch Rocket Enterprises.

Don't know. I tried contacting them myself and all websites are down but if you need anything ,contact Crotch Rocket Enterprises.

$249 for the same undertail is a little steep. If I don't get my order I'll probably order a different brand. I saw some for around $190 online...

Does anyone even know if Rackinmotion is going to be selling the same stuff? I placed an order weeks ago and last I saw my order was processing. Will Rackinmotion ship out the orders or did they just steal my money?

How the heck are you supposed to get in touch with them to check on the status now too since both websites aren't working and their phones are goofy?
