Arrow Fuel Fill-up

Hello Everyone,

I just got my bike a few weeks ago and I am getting close to the "EMPTY" on the fuel gauge.

Since this is the first time I am ever going to fill up the fuel tank on my bike, I was wondering as to how to go about doing this.

Should I preset the amount of fuel that I need to fill (based on tank capacity)?

I obviously dont want to overfill it , so please suggest some ideas as to how you guys do it.

Thanks a lot.

Mate, seriously, open the cap - with the key, put the nozzle in and start pumping, you will see fuel, when it gets nearer to the cap entrance, stop pumping. close, pay. Ride.

just dont go over the flat horizontal piece that the nozzele can fit inside, other than that you cannot mess it up unless you dont get 90 or higher octane.

I believe the Canadian 2005 ZZR600 was the same as the US's 2004 ZZR600. Canada didn't move the ZZR to the J model until 2006 or 2007.

But it's all good.

As for the UK...I STILL think they're using the older ZZR style:

Yeah the UK still has the jalopy, I doubt they will move back to the J model as theres not much sales in low engined tourers over here, people want the sprint ST, BMW's or the zx12.

This is just my oppinion, but I sure wish their was a way to retrofit a gas gauge on my 2006 ZZR600. If there was a way, Id be trying it.
