Default One Year Later

You guy have to try this set-up, not it makes any more power, but just the fact that its smooth like butter. Both on and off the throttle, the Revs are quicker, (maybe the UK ECU would give a little more room for some more Revs) for the most part I think I done all that I can bolt on wise. Here the List to date:
1)Pig Potter side mirrors w/ LED
2) Flush mount turn signals
3) Zero Gravity Wind Screen
4) Well Done HID
5) R&G Frame Sliders
6) UNI Air Filter
7) Shimmed all four needles 0.20in
8) NGK CR8EK Plugs
9) 04 636 Headers
10) 636 Akrapovic Carbon Fiber slip on
11) Factory 4 degree timing advance
12) Vortex lowering kit
13) 2.5 color LCD monitor w/rear camera
14) 03-04 636 instrument cluster
15) PITEC rear fender w/ LED
16) Greg's custom Blue LED kit
17) Pazzo Levers
18) Goodridge Fr kevler brake lines
19) *636 custom J Model rear seat Cowl*
20) Fr & Rr Metzeler M3

Thanks to you guys on the Forum, hell not a shout up but just to thanks. Cause left up to the dealerships and the custom shops around here in my area getting the list done would have been $$$$$$.
So Thanks

The headers is like a equalizer the damn thing just makes the throttle responds smoother. I'm sure the shim job just help to get things flowing nice. Inot going to Dino nothing, because there is no replacement for displacement if I want speed I'd better just upgrade to a big bore or a ZX10R. This ZZR is more an answer to the dealership pros who think they know it all.

... except for a proper tune on a bike that's been significantly messed with and has yet to be tuned properly.

Go get it sniffed. Seriously. The bike runs lean from the factory as it is, it's quite possible you've leaned it out too far w/ that exhaust. Then add the carb set-up which adds to the airflow & timing advancer which makes the engine "pickier" & those just add to the fray. Go get it sniffed.

Fixing an engine cuz you burned up the rings & valves costs alot more than a dyno tune.

Voltage 6R on kawiforums.com makes them and the few people that have them so far have been more than pleased with them. Look in the old school forum and you should find the relevant threads.

he made the cowl himself. I believe he bought an extra rear seat off of ebay and made a model out of clay. Look on kawiforums.com i believe he made a thread there.

This really peaked my interest, please post more pics/details.

EDIT:
I found a couple of pictures you posted on the kawi forum, props to you sir.

With the spy camera I would have to change my name to Bond, James Bond.
