Just went out and got the female connectors and shrink wrap from local autozone and testing out the newly installed lights...i have never noticed in such a difference in lights!!! Its simply amazing! I believe because when your RIGHT there the light change is HUGE but when your in a cage its so far off its not as noticable.

Give them a call and see if they can sell you the part that you need. I would also ask them if they have mis-labeled there product on the site.
I checked on the Vortex website, it did not mention any kit for the 00-02 ZX6R. Call Vortex!

Are the MP's standing at the gate with there trusty tape measure in a holster like a loaded 9mm Grimy just go ahead and get extra turn signals in you passenger foot pegs. The pegs are more than 9 inches apart

I have a quick question about replace the stock tires. The bike has 45xx miles on it and the rear tire is starting to flatten in the center. The question I guess is will not changing the front tire hurt the ride or handling of the bike? and If the stock tire is a 207 Dup. will a 208 be any better and last longer? What is the avg. life span of the tire Front / Rear?

i am a huge believer in matched tires. period.
If you don't do much canyon riding or just need a tire that handles well when you need it to but lasts, I'd get Mich. Pilot Roads. Otherwise, a set of Pilot Powers will totally transform the bike.

Hey I'm looking for different mods for my '07 ZZR600 and I was wondering if any one knew if there was a different model number for the bike because I'm having trouble finding stuff for an '07 ZZR or a ZZR in general. Also, I that some of the model numbers used were ZX6 is this the same for the ZZR?

Welcome You won't find allot of 05-07 ZZR600 specific parts. Your bike is a ZX6R "J" model 00-02. When purchasing aftermaket parts everything I have fits a 00-02 ZX6R. This is a good place to start...check out this thread...

I then connected everything up only to find it blink left twice then ZOINK go out...i thought maybe the wires touched(hadn't taped em down yet bc was making sure it all worked) but sure enough everything we rewired, I even bought a new flash relay. I re-wired everything. Checked the fuse box. even grabbed a little light with gator` clips on the end and tried to test the power going to blink lights(none).
I was using male/female connectors and both rear and front blinks wont work nor does the flash relay click. What to do, I'm stumped!
I also tried different grounds, taking battery out uhmm reversing some wires see if maybe my wiring was wrong but it couldn't have been to wrong bc everything else is working and the front ones worked before the rear was hooked up. Now none come on

Sounds like fuses my friend. Check your fuses. If you touch the bare wires to metal your going to blow a fuse. That's why all of my connections are covered with 3M shrink wrap. Make sure you plug the Orange wire into the "L" marked on the bottom of the EL12 relay. Also if you have no load equalizer installed there is not enough of a load on the electronic flasher relay to allow the signals to flash at the proper rate. Check your fuses.
Solution to the Tridon EL12 Flasher Relay that worked for me. The KURYAKYN # 6004865 load equalizer with the Tridon EL12 Flasher Relay. It has two purple wires and one black wire. On the MOTOTECK undertail LED's all I did was tap into one black wire with the black wire from the load equalizer and tap into each yellow wire with each of the two purple wires. I then plugged the Tridon EL12 flasher relay back into the female connectors that I had installed on the wires. Make sure you plug the Orange wire into the "L" marked on the bottom of the EL12 relay. I used some double sided tape and mount the load equalizer to the rear frame. And presto. I turned the key and turned on my hazard flashers and they flash at a normal rate, just like stock turn signals do. Turn signals right and left also work properly. Problem fixed.
Tridon EL12 Electronic Flasher $8.99 at AutoZone
Kuryakyn Load Equalizer # 6004865 $5.00 at Dealership
