power commander is for fuel injection, zzrs are carb'd. Maybe you should do a bit more research and ride it before starting to mod it.

Wow Way to bash the new guy on his first post. Did you ever consider that the guy is only 19. And was just asking for a little help. Stuntman3000 if there is anything I can help you with feel free to ask. There are lots of parts and mods available for the ZZR600. There are lots of aftermarket bolt-on pipes available for the ZZR600, just make sure when you purchase your pipe of choice that you get one for a 2000-2002 ZX-6R, the 05,06,07 ZZR600 is basically the same bike and many parts available that will fit. I don't know what kind of brake and clutch levers you are looking for but there are a bunch of different styles and brands available. The 05-07 ZRR600 has carbs. Your options, Re-jet the carbs, shim the carb needles, get a flo-commander. Fuel gauge, I use my trip meter as a fuel gauge, you need to fill the bike up and go for a couple hundred mile ride, then fill up again and figure out you gas milege according to where you live and you riding style. Which can vary. I get about 45 miles to the gallon on my 06 ZRR600. I normally fill up about every 180 miles or so.

Having trouble finding parts for your 2005-2008 ZZR600? Try searching for parts that will fit a 2000-2002 ZX6R "J" model.
