need info for 2006 zzr600

i'm new to the street bike scene, i race motocross as a vet expert, i have always wanted to ride on the street, so i bought a 2006 zzr600, the looks and performance are great, my only problem is that i wanted to use this bike for commuting but the bar position is killing my back, plus i wish the windscreen was a little taller, is their any aftermarket parts that any of you have installed or would recommend? any info would be great, thanks, Tony

There are lots of aftermarket windscreens available for the 2006 ZZR600. I just depends on your tastes and your needs. And your budget. A touring screen is higher and may be helpful with commuting on the bike. Just make sure that you get one to fit a 2000-2002 ZX6R, the six holes where the screen attaches to the bike are the same. If you look at the fitment chart on the ZeroGravity website the part number for the 00-02 ZX6R and the 05-06 ZZR600 are the same.

Here is the windscreen that I personally requested MRA to produce for me. That's my bike on the twisted throttle website. I also wrote a product review for the MRA Vario Touring Screen. It is now a regular MRA production windscreen of which I have the first ever in the world that was produced in Germany. I really like how the spoiler functions, it helps a great deal with re-directing air flow, thus making the ride more comfortable. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
