Default mfg warranty

I'm kind of unclear about what is exactly covered by the warranty. My right bar end is rusted on the inside(surrounding where the bolt is). Bugs the hell out of me would something like that be covered? also the Kawasaki "K" on the triple clamp has paint peeling off of it. Again, cosmetic, but I didn't do anything to cause it, and bug me.

Besides that, my engine makes a slightly noticable (by me only I'm sure) noise like a riser clanking or something. Didn't used to do it. And in 4th gear (usually) at around 4k rpm I get a little jump when cruising around 4k. It's weird, like how a clutch would act when the bike is near stalling at low rpm, but at 4k and moving.

Also if the service center charges to diagnose does the warranty cover it?

I don't remember getting any warranty paperwork but I could be wrong.

If you bought the bike brand new all Kawasaki bikes have a 1 year factory warranty. Also if you plan to purchase a extended warranty on the bike for 24, 36, or 48 months you must purchase it before the factory warranty expires. Explain your problems to the dealership where you purchased the bike and see if they are covered by the warranty. That way you will know up front if it's going to cost you anything.

Having trouble finding parts for your 2005-2008 ZZR600? Try searching for parts that will fit a 2000-2002 ZX6R "J" model.

The 2005-2008 ZZR600 has one gas tank! It holds at total of 4.8 gallons of which 3.7 is available until you have to switch to reserve to use the remaining 1.1 gallons of gas.
