Default gear clatter/noise when in N

i have this clatter/rattling when im in Nuetral, goes away when clutch is pulled in. anyone else have this? it will be warranty for sure, but just wondering if im being anal, or if they all do this? also on more then one ocassion, ive missed 4th, and had it sort of go inbetween gears or somthing, started clicking, then slam back into gear. wtf! bike only has 650 miles or so, is due for the 600 mile service, but unable to get in till the end of the month because of dealer schedual.

I've never noticed a noise in neutral, but the in between gears thing has happened to me I think three times. Loud horrible clattering sound feels like I just bought a new tranny. But then it goes in gear and it's good. I don't know what caused it, but each time I was at 50-60mph switching. (well no, one I think I was at about 100 or so but I'm not sure if it was between gears that time because I couldn't hear the engine due to wind, I just saw my rpms rev without any speed increase, so I assumed that).

No noise on mine in neutral. Some clunking when engaging 1st and from 1st to 2nd which is typical Kawi. I have had 3 600's and they all did it. I would have it looked at.

Sounds like normal Kawi transmission stuff. If your that worried about it take it to the dealership and have them take a look at it.
