just picked my 06 zzr up yesterday, unfortunatly its raining today so far i LOVE it, i havent really gotten on it very much, since i am still breaking it in, though i refuse to follow the instructions completly, quick Q for you guys, do all of the zzrs have a cat converter? if so, where is it located?

Catalyzer
- To meet emissions limits and make even more power at the same time, all models have a pre-catalyzer in the pipe leading to the muffler
- California models also have a catalyzer in the muffler

Info right from Kawasaki.

I just got mine this morning, and I love it also. Congrats on the new bike!

still lovin it today, rode about 100 miles or so, this thing is scary fast.

Just wait till breakin's done. I just topped mine out at 172 on speedo (154-163 actual).
Love it.

1600 miles since Jan 11th.

I only had time for 50 or so miles on mine today, but I'm loving it! Looks like the next two days for weather in our area are going to be awesome!

Congrats on the new ZZR Only 50 miles, now change the oil and filter. To get rid of the fine metal shavings. I changed mine at 20 miles and then it can be changed at the regular service intervals.

Having trouble finding parts for your 2005-2008 ZZR600? Try searching for parts that will fit a 2000-2002 ZX6R "J" model.
