Default Bar End Sliders

Does anyone know what size bolt bar end sliders for our 7's would use? I bought a pair that said they should fit, but they are too small. I'm going to go to Home Depot and try to pick up some bigger bolts, but I don't know what size. Thanks in advance!

According to the Ron Ayers.com microfiche the bar-end weight bolt is 8X30. I assume meaning it is Metric 8 with a 30mm pitch.

This may be too late since it sounds like you already bought the bar ends...

Unless the bar end sliders weigh as much as the stock, I wouldn't bother. On our 7Rs, the vibration without the weight is extremely uncomfortable and will numb your hands quite quick.

I took mine off the next day since I couldn't take the amount of vibration I was feeling without the stock bar ends.

I bought some that were the wrong size. I ended up going to home depot with what I'm assuming was the "stock" one. The problem is that the throttle side one was missing when I bought the bike. They are heavier than stock, but also bigger so I had to set them up to not stick the throttle. Thanks for your help guys.
