I was wondering wheres a good place to get rims for the 7? or what other rims from Kawi bikes would fit the 7?

marchesini used to make wheels for the 7, but they might be discontinued.

yeah i use to see them on ebay but i dont see any rims for the 7 on there anymore

there is a zx11 that a neighboor of mine has..its actually not working but the the rims on that baby are sweet..Dark Chrome..I dont know if it would fit on my 7r. Let me know if you're intrested I could ask him for a price ..but you will have to pay for shipping as well(Detroit, MI)

im not buying anything right this sec but some time soon i want to i hope, and i want somthing diff than a 3 star rim. What do those rims look like? pics

like the rims this guy has..but dark chrome...but they are three stars..I think all the Kawas have the three stars..If you're willing to buy something different than that it's probably going to be an aftermarket brand

I guess I don't have many options for mine since mine are purple lol but so is the tail..also i am expecting to fall sometime over summer when i start riding for my first time..so I will probably end up painting mine. Till then I have time to think for rims..Please post when if you find the rims im curious to see the non 3 start look on a 7r

I've been trying to upgrade for some time now, I want Marchesini's, but not going to pay the price. I stay on ebay looking, as there are many of this brand but for R1's and Gixxers. Pretty sure its just a spacer issue, if so, there are tons of ex-Ducati wheels around. These are at least somewhat lighter and look better than stock. EMA-USA.com has brand new wheels. You might get lucky or unlucky searching, as I once bid for a set of ex-race ZX-7RR wheels, lost the bid though!
