Default Keeping flushmount Vs on

My LP Flushmount Vs keep falling off. I guess the adhesive isn't strong enough to deal with high temperatures and speed. So how do you guys keep your's on? Glue, screws?

I bolted mine in with lock washers, no messy adhesive required, and she looks dead sexy.
