Default Help, my 7 is a twin...

Finally got back from the Sandbox, got the bike out of storage. At first she ran fine, but now the bike is dropping two cylinders just out of nowhere. I checked everything and its weird because the bike will run fine, and then run like crap. I had to do something, so I took it to the shop for the first time ever since I do all my own work, but the mech could not get it to replicate the problem. Its a 96 with about 45k miles. Anyone have a clue? Stock wires, new plugs. Once it happens, I restart and it will run on 2, until the little gremlin falls asleep, then I restart again and it finally fires on all 4, I was thinking maybe a coil issue???

Mine did that last season after I changed the plugs. It sounded like a Ducati.

Check to make sure the spark plug wires are fully seated on the plugs (listen for the 'click') and at the coils. After I checked that it has been fine ever since.

Check your pulse coil. I've had some go bad and you get all kinds of weird things happening.
