My Azz Hurts!!!
GEL SEATS FOR 1995 ZX7
I'm quite sure you all have been through this:
You're riden around on your bike feeling good when all of a sudden a certain song reminds you of your current journey:
"My Neck..My Back..My Di&@..And My Crack!!"
All jokes aside...I'm dyin' riding this bike and I haven't even crashed it yet. Can someone tell me if there's either an aftermarket seat, a fabricator out there, or what? My Kaw, like others, has an angle that loves to add new meaning to the phrase Crotch Rocket and it leaves my azz feeling like stone.

78 miles hurt your butt? I have gone 500+ with only stops for gas and one for food and I was alright.

and I have gone from Ft Leavenworth Kansas to Augusta Ga and back down to Columbus Ga (started at 6 am hit augusta at midnight then signed in and hopped back on and hit columbus by about 3 am) my butt was ok but then again, I was not riding with a bunch of cruisers doing the EXACT SPEED LIMIT (police escort dictated that lol). So yeah much to my surprise at 78 slow ass miles......... my butt hurt.

I guess the leavenworth to augustra trip is an OK distance... =)
Next time you ride with cruisers like that, just sit on the tank for a while to give your butt a rest. Better yet, get a throttle lock, and just lay across the back seat... ;)

any LONG trip on any seat will hurt your butt after so long...but I have found that just riding any given bike for awhile, your butt/body adjusts to it. every bike I have ever owned gave me a sore but at first but after awhile I can ride the same bike for hundreds of miles ache free...MOST of the time. My weekend rides are usually 150 to 300 miles long...normally im good till the very end..

Hey KawaGirl...THANKS ALOT!
I tried going to fabric shops but none of them had that material. Then I was thinking about taking gel from one of those cruiser bicycle seats and lining the edges with cotton. This looks like a better idea though!
Hey...Nice Picture!

I was being sarcastic about the throttle lock... the whole concept seems like a death wish to me. I heard they do even make cruise control for bikes somewhere...

me too.
be careful about what you do to your seat. if you like hitting up the twisties then you want to be able to slide your ass off the seat and hang a bit...if you make adjustments to the inards of your seat it might prevent a smooth transition.
throttle locks on a sport bike is stupid. I had one on a cruiser and used it once in awhile...but only on str8 roads going at a reasonable clip...I wouldn't mess with one of those on my 7R, i'm usually going too fast ;-))

Title of the thread "My Azz Hurts!!!"
SNL episode. Sean Connery in Celebrity Jeapordy.
He says to the host, "I noticed you had a little trouble sitting down during the break, Trebeck. Have a big date last night?"
