Default Oil Change time
What kind/weight of oil and filter would a more experienced ZX 10r owner point me to. Also is anyone getting good results from the K&N replacement air filter.

I just did my first oil change last week, used the kawasaki filter and oil (10w-40). I found a good list of aftermarket filters and oil on zx-10r.net. The have alot of info specific to the zx-10r.
