Default Riding distance/comfort on ZX-10R

Which would come first on a distance ride; have to take a break b4 the tank runs to empty OR can ride it out b4 needing a break?

It depends a lot on what type of riding you're doing. If I'm hitting some fairly nice, twisty roads, I can run the tank empty before I need to stop. But if I'm slabbing it, I probably could make it till the tank is empty. But it would be painful.

You start out motorcycling with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.

The seat is the first thing that you will notice. It will compress and you'll feel the plastic. Here is a pic of me in Nebraska at the beginning of a 24hour ride straight home to finish up a 6308 mile trip in 11 days.

due to the fact that I ride a dirt bike all day for work, I can ride mine all day without noticing any discomfort.. the ZX10r seat is like sitting in a lazy boy compared to the 250R...
